On Catherine Nachbar's suggestion, Alibi invited, together with Archizoom, the Terra Awards in EPFL. This visiting exposition was the opportunity for Archizoom, together with Boltshauser's studio and Martin Rauch, to organize a second exposition about rammed earth in parallel. A cycle of conference was organized during the expositions.
Alibi decided to use BTC (Compressed earth brick) loaned by Terrabloc to display the terra awards and arrange a space for debates. Terrabloc is a local provider that reuses earth from construction sites to produce high-resistance bricks.
